Unless you’ve been living in a particularly secluded echo chamber, you noticed the explosion in graphic tees that took place globally over the course of Spring 2017 Fashion Week back in September.
The movement was catalyzed by Maria Grazia Chiuri at the helm of Dior, who sent tees reading “We Should All Be Feminists” down the Spring 2017 catwalk. The trend saw a major revival in late winter, which was duly noted by the fashion set and everyone else who happened to cross paths with these outspoken items.
The real question is, has the trend run its course? Or will it be back this September, bigger, bolder, and more opinionated than ever? Luckily, we only have to wait and see.
